Underlying the anticipated rise in Bitcoin are projected inflows from Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs), which might surpass those experienced in 2024. This trend underscores a growing comfort among investors regarding the crypto market, particularly as large financial institutions finalize their due diligence on these products. Furthermore, reductions in adversarial stances from the U.S. Department of Labor could potentially channel significant investments into crypto assets from 401(k) plans.
Bitwise anticipates an increase in the number of nations possessing Bitcoin, rising from nine to eighteen, which could escalate the demand for Bitcoin even further.
Additionally, stablecoins are expected to thrive due to clearer regulatory frameworks in the U.S., possibly doubling their market cap to $400 billion. The value of tokenized real-world assets could exceed $50 billion amidst increasing Wall Street interest.
